- MOQ & mixed orders: Send your quantity per model and full equipment list. We will confirm the minimum quantity for each model, customization requirements and whether the machines can ship together in the quotation.
- Lead time: Production time depends on model, quantity, customization and the confirmed configuration. Request a dated production estimate; international transit time is quoted separately for your route.
- Export packing: Our standard protective process uses stretch film, pearl cotton foam, stretch film, bubble wrap and a wooden frame. The final packing method, packed size, weight and CBM are confirmed for each machine and shipment.
- Shipping: Share your destination port or delivery address, or your forwarder's warehouse in China. Ask us to quote sea freight or delivery to your nominated China warehouse; confirm available trade terms and any door-to-door service for your route. Door-to-door cost depends on exact CBM and destination.
Warranty, installation & spare parts
- Support: One-year warranty and lifetime technical support. Confirm covered parts, exclusions and any freight or on-site service charges in the order terms.
- Installation: Remote setup and troubleshooting guidance are available. On-site installation is arranged according to project needs and quoted separately where applicable.
- Spare parts: Ask for a model-specific recommended spares list. Common covered parts are provided within the agreed warranty terms; out-of-warranty parts are available at reasonable cost.
- Service target: Response within one working hour on working days, with most issues targeted for same-day handling. Resolution depends on diagnosis and any replacement parts required.
